If an item
(s) received damaged ,you must notify us within 24 our of receiving the item (s)
or you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return
it within 15 days of receipt for a full
refund of the item's price for not damaged items only -less restocking fee of
25% and freight charges-of the items price (it is Customers responsibility to return the item
(s) in original packaging . prepay and insure the safe return of the items . All items must be returned in their original
condition and packaging . Shipping and special order (s) costs are not refundable

– We try to get your products shipped
as quickly as possible, so you must contact us immediately. If the order has
already been shipped, you will be responsible for returning the product to us
and will be responsible for the restocking fee. Special orders made to order
products cannot be canceled once the production process has started (starts
at the day we receive the payment) .
Shipping and Delivery.
Shipping of items in stock in USA is within several days after we
received the full amount ,it is usually "ground" shipment but we can expedite it

Shipping in other Country (s) can take longer depending on the
circumstances and customs of each Country-After the clearance of the
customs costumer have to pick up their items.
In the event of shipping damage, you must notify the carrier who delivered the
goods and ItalArtWorld an Amfora Company immediately upon receipt. A freight claim
will need to be filed in order to recover any damages.
